產(chǎn)品簡介：DF系列單盤過濾機是PF型翻盤過濾機的簡化機型，由電機、減速機通過控制系統(tǒng)操作。連續(xù)完成料漿加料、過濾、吸干及卸料操作程序，如配以切換系統(tǒng)，也可以完成濾餅的洗滌工序。本機適用小批量物料的處理。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作維護方便，投資省。根據(jù)產(chǎn)量大小，可數(shù)臺并用，由自控柜控制，滿足工藝連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的需要。
適用范圍：與PF型翻盤真空過濾機相同，適用于各種懸浮液的固液分離，特別適合小批量生產(chǎn)場合，包括磷肥、鉀肥、選礦、化工制藥行業(yè)以及小型電廠鍋爐的煙氣脫硫除塵系統(tǒng)。
主要材質(zhì)：本機采用的主要材質(zhì)，根據(jù)介質(zhì)的腐蝕性可選用：(1)一般腐蝕介質(zhì)，可選用304,316L不銹鋼；(2)強腐蝕性介質(zhì)可選用碳鋼襯膠及非金屬組合。 |
Introduction: As a simplified model of PF tilting-pan filter, DF single disk filters is composed of motor and speed reducer, and operated by a control system. It is applied in feeding, filtering, drying and discharging of materials. It can be used to clean filter cake with a switch system. Characterized by simple structure, easy operation and less cost, this machine is especially applicable for handling of small volume of materials. Controlled by an automatic control cabinet, several filters can be used together to meet the needs of continuous production.
Application:The application of DF single disk filter is the same with that of PF tilting-pan vacuum filter. It can be used in solid-liquid separation of all kinds of suspensions, especially applicable for small-volume productions, such as the flue gas desulfurization systems used in phosphor industry, kalium industry, mine extraction industry, chemical medicine industry and small-scale power stations.
Main material: The major components of DF single disk filter are divided into two types according to their causticity: (1) general corrosive medium, such as 304,316L stainless steel; (2) strong corrosive medium, such as combination of carbon steel lining and non-metal materials. |
