產品簡介：該機型是一種連續運行的高效真空過濾設備。由若干個可傾翻卸料的扇形過濾盤，安置在環形內外框架上，并與位于內框架中心的錯氣盤連接而成。本機型可以多次濾餅洗滌，具有處理量大、收得率高、調速方便、操作簡單等特點。
適用范圍：該機型選用高級耐酸不銹鋼，已廣泛被磷肥行業用于磷酸與磷石膏的分離，也可用于冶金、化工、制藥等顆粒粗且不均勻的懸浮液分離。
主要材質：該機型主要材質選用304、316L不銹鋼。 |
Introduction: this mode is an efficient vacuum filter unit that can be running continually. With several fan-shaped filter disks, which may overturn unloaded materials, installed on the annular internal and external frames, and can be connected with the defect air disk located in the center of the internal frame. Filter cake of this unit may be washed several times and it enjoys features of large treatment volume, high recycling rate, easy speed regulation and simple operations etc.
Application: With high-class acid-resistant stainless steel, this unit is widely used in separation of phosphorous acid and phosphoric plaster in phosphoric fertilizer industry. It may also be used in separation of suspension with coarse and unevenparticles as in metallurgy, chemical industry and pharmaceuticals etc.
