產品簡介：ZL系列轉臺(平盤)式真空過濾機是一種連續運行的高效過濾設備，在水平放置的主轉盤上環形安置若干扇形濾室，濾室上部配有濾板、濾網、濾布；濾室下部有出液管，與錯氣盤連接。需過濾的料漿由上部加料斗連續加入，經過濾后，濾液由下部的出液管流經錯氣盤至氣液分離器；濾餅經多次洗滌并吸干后由螺旋出料器輸送出料。過濾機水平回轉一周，完成加料—(反吹)—過濾—洗滌—吸干—出料等基本工藝過程。主轉臺及卸料螺桿的轉速均為變頻調速，以滿足不同工藝操作需要。
適用范圍：轉臺真空過濾機具有結構簡單、工藝適應性好、運轉平穩、脫水快、洗滌效果好的特點，對于脫漿快的懸浮液，更有單位時間處理量大的優點，特別適用于洗滌要求高，含中粗顆粒料漿的過濾。適用如磷酸、鈦***、氧化鋁、無機鹽、精細化工、冶金、選礦等工業領域的液固分離。
主要材質：本機所用主要材質，根據介質的腐蝕性可選用：(1)304，316L不銹鋼；(2)碳鋼襯膠及非金屬組合；(3)對于強腐蝕介質選用鈦材及非金屬組合。 |
Introduction: ZL Series Rotary disk vacuum filter is a kind of high-efficient filter, which can operate in all conditions.Several sector filter chambers are installed on the horizontal rotary disk. On top of the chambers, there are filter board, filter net and filter cloth, while at the bottom of the chambers there are discharge pipes connected to gas disks. Raw materials to be filtered are fed into the feeder, and reach the solid-liquid separator after passing through the discharge pipes. After several times of cleaning by the filter cake, materials are dried and discharged by the screw discharger. The filter spins horizontally to go through the basic procedure of feeding, blowing(optional), filtering, cleaning, drying and discharging. The main disk and discharge screw are operated at a frequency-converted speed to meet different process needs.
Application:Rotary disk vacuum filter is characterized by its simple structure, good adaptability, stable performance, quick dehydration and efficiency of cleaning.It is advantageous in handling a large quantity of suspension with rapid desizing in unit time. It is especially applicable for filtering of materials composed of medium-and-large size articles, which have higher requirments for cleaning, and also applicable for solid-liquid separation of phosphoric acid, titanium dioxide, alumina, inorganic salt, fine chemistry, metallurgy and mine extraction, etc.
Main material: The major components of rotary disk vacuum filter are divided into two types according to their causticity:(1)304,316L stainless steel;(2)combination of carbon steel lining and non-metal materials;(3)strong corrosive medium, such ascombination of titanium material and non-metal materials. |
